During the past thirty years, Gardner Development has developed over 20 million square feet of commercial real estate projects across the country. Ahlquist Development
Ahlquist Development is a Boise based commercial real estate company established by J. Thomas Ahlquist, III. in 2004. Tommy graduated from The University of Utah School of Medicine in 1996 and has practiced emergency medicine in Boise at St. Luke’s Hospital for ten years after finishing his residency at the University of Arizona. Tom, having served in leadership and management capacities like the Medical Director and the Director of the Chest Pain Center for St. Luke’s, realized that the burgeoning growth of the Treasure Valley needed to be supported by commercial developments with medical components. Tom’s diverse relationships within the medical community, as well as his contacts within local governments, assisted in his desire to develop and expand Ahlquist Development’s portfolio.
